Happy Bakers gluten-free multiseed baguette (360g) is a gluten-free tapioca, rice, corn baguette. This bread is wheat/gluten and lactose free and is a source of fiber. This bread is made in a completely gluten-free bakery and packaged under protective atmosphere. NOTES, EI and MILK are also processed in this bakery.
