Happy Bakers gluten-free white buns (250g) is a gluten-free tapioca, rice, corn smallbread. This small bread is wheat/gluten and lactose free, low in sugar and is a source of fiber. This small bread is made in a completely gluten-free bakery and packaged under protective atmosphere. NOTES, EI and MILK are also processed in this bakery. This product is also suitable for people with a vegan lifestyle.
How to use.
Remove foil, pouches and tray before baking. For a soft ball, bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 210°C.
Storage advice
Store dry, dark and sealed at room temperature. Ifreeze can last 5 months without loss of quality, both before and after baking.
Shelf life
On average, you will receive our products with a THT (best before date) of 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes this period may be slightly longer or shorter, but we always guarantee a minimum THT of 7 days upon receipt. After the THT date, you can check the product by looking, smelling and tasting. Our products are specially low-oxygen packaged to maintain their freshness. You can also freeze our products without loss of quality, both before and after baking. This allows you to easily extend the THT by 2 to 5 months.
