Guarantee Happy Bakers
Happy Bakers always tries to make sure the products are delivered to the customers in top condition. It may happen that an order does not arrive as it should during transport or something transporter and therefore you can claim the Happy Bakers warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints about Happy Bakers
It can always happen that certain things do not go the way you are used to from us. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing klantenservice@happybakers.nl.
If we do not come to a joint agreement, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform.
