From the beginning, craftsmanship and quality have been paramount. Happy Bakers looks for ways to guarantee old-fashioned quality with modern tools. That means there is still a lot of manual labor and craftsmanship involved in preparing the products.
We hereby inform you that our company has obtained the strict food safety quality certificate IFS. This makes us the first artisan bakery in the Southwest Netherlands to be able to deliver according to this leading food safety standard.

All the raw materials we use to bake our gluten-free products are not only qualified gluten-free, but also superior in quality: only the best is good enough!
Specially packed in longer fresh packaging
Both the products that can still be baked at home and the gluten-free products that are ready for immediate consumption are packaged in a special longer-version packaging that we developed.
Laboratory checks for gluten
To ensure quality and safety, our gluten-free products are regularly checked for gluten by an independent and specialized laboratory. So you can be 100% sure that our delicious gluten-free products really are gluten-free.
Without chemical additives
Our gluten-free products are packaged in the longer-version packaging without chemical additives. This allows them to be stored longer in a completely natural way! Of course, you can also freeze them if you wish, but thanks to our longer-version packaging, this is usually not necessary.
Just bake
Remove the bread from the packaging and bake it according to the instructions on the package: so you can enjoy a delicious, oven-fresh and 100% gluten-free sandwich in the comfort of your own home - as well as many other delicious products!
